Hi, Rick again. We bought this Hamilton Beach ceramic frying pan recently, and I now use it all the time – at least once a week. It’s made with Durathon ceramic coating, and it really is non-stick. The heat is adjustable for a range of cooking options and the handles remain cool to the touch throughout the cooking cycle. It also combines the advantages of a countertop skillet and a convenient serving dish in one compact machine. After cooking, the skillet and lid can go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup but don’t put the skillet in water or the dishwasher. It makes great chili!
